Dr. Robert Fay

Dr. Robert R. Fay is a practicing Orthopeadic Surgeon and an expert in human anatomy, sports science, and internal medicine.  He is also a Jiu Jitsu expert known for his devastating "Triangle Choke".  Being both a medical doctor and an active athlete, Dr. Fay adds a vast amount of practical knowledge of human anatomy to Team STS and has co-starred in Strength Through Science's best seller "The Science of Speed".  Dr. Fay proudly represents STS and our philosophy that intelligent training strategies are based on sound medical science and proven results.
